The Epigenetics of Love: The Blueprint To Evolution and The Way Forward
We are facing a rather complex situation as a people.
We are still attempting to fight this fight for freedom and unity the way our ancestors did.
Physically.
With guns and arms.
And now, within the framework of the systems they built:
In courthouses.
Through policies and laws.
Through expressions of our identity.
Through educating ourselves.
And while all of these things matter, I don't believe they will ever be the full solution to the problem.
Because perhaps the final frontier is not physical at all.
Perhaps it is spiritual.
Perhaps what will ultimately carry us over the finish line is the epigenetics of love.
The spiritual act of embracing the frequency of awareness, love and unity...
and allowing that frequency to be carried into the third and fourth generations.
Because how do we overwrite centuries of fear, survival, worry, pain and anxiety that were passed down to us?
Through the blood.
Through the body.
Through the stories we inherited.
Through the ways we learned to protect ourselves.
Perhaps the answer is not simply to fight the old frequency.
Perhaps it is to become something different.
The mainstay of love may be the only way to trade away the old frequency and allow something new to be passed down to the children who come after us.
Because without love and unity, it will not be possible.
If we are not loving, in love and giving love...
If there is no unity, there is no strength.
The arms will fail.
The policies can be revoked.
The education we obsess over can lose its weight.
None of it; even if successful, will ever be enough if we are unwilling to face the shadow.
If we are unwilling to birth a new frequency.
Unity.
Authenticity.
Awareness.
Love.
These may be the final driving forces required to finish the race.
But what is love?
Perhaps, in its simplest form, it is how you show up for yourself and for other people.
And looking inward is where it begins.
Because the revolution will not be televised.
It will unfold quietly.
Slowly.
Throughout the years to come.
As we all, in this lifetime or the next, begin to look inward.
To accept.
To challenge.
To confront.
To overcome the shadows within ourselves.
And perhaps, as we heal ourselves, something larger begins to heal with us.
Perhaps this is how Earth balances.
Not through another war.
Not through another system of domination.
But through consciousness.
Through people who have learned how to love without abandoning themselves.
Through people who have learned how to experience unity without requiring sameness.
Through people who have become conscious enough to recognize that the enemy is not always outside of them.
And perhaps this is the inheritance we have yet to give.
Not merely land.
Not merely wealth.
Not merely knowledge.
But a different way of being.
A different nervous system.
A different relationship with one another.
A different frequency.
The beautiful thing is that no resources are required to access this gift.
Only authenticity.
Only the willingness to look within.
The longer we wait, the longer Earth remains unbalanced.
Be timely, at stake Jah's ideals
The longer we refuse to confront what lives within us, the deeper we spiral into destruction.
And perhaps, eventually, Earth will balance herself forcefully.
Perhaps what we refuse to transform consciously, we will eventually be forced to confront.
So maybe the question is no longer:
How do we win?
Maybe the question is:
Who must we become?
Because perhaps our ancestors fought to give us the opportunity to survive.
And perhaps our responsibility is to learn how to live.
To love.
To unite.
To become conscious.
To heal what was handed to us...
so that our children do not inherit the same war.
Maybe this is the next stage of liberation.
Not simply freedom from something.
But freedom within ourselves.
A freedom so deeply rooted that it becomes hereditary.
A love so embodied that it becomes an inheritance.
A consciousness so expanded that it becomes the new foundation.
This is where I believe the real revolution begins.
Not outside of us.
Within us.
Balance and love is the place I come from.
