A Dualistic Approach to Feminine Energy and the Balance with the Masculine
When you hear the word feminine energy, what images come to your mind? Dresses, luxury, softness, or perhaps even beauty? I am of the opinion that feminine energy is far more powerful and multidimensional than what the average person perceives. Across ancient civilizations, scriptures, and even science, there is a recurring truth: creation, love, and balance will only be restored when feminine and masculine energies unite.
Let's unfold my overstanding of the dualistic nature of this perfect union:
SPIRITUALLY
From the beginning of time, ancient traditions worldwide have understood that creation is dual in nature. We are told by the ancestors that Jah created man to have dominion over the earth. Yet of all that was made in pairs, man was created alone. Quickly discovering his loneliness, Adam was brought into balance with the creation of Kawah, known today as Eve.
Genesis 2:18
“It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.”
Most traditionists and even conservative readers of the book interpret the phrase help meet as simply a helper, quite literally. Someone for sexual satisfaction, childbearing, companionship, and domestic duties. But her role is much more pivotal and powerful.
Help meet in Hebrew means Ezer Ca'Negdo
Ezer means “deliverer” or “saviour,” the same word used in 1 Samuel 7:12 when God delivered Israel from the Philistines.
Ca'Negdo stems from the words Haid, which means "to declare or to tell", and Neged, which is "to stand opposite or to oppose"
1 Samuel 7:12
"Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us."
How can women be “weaker” when she was chosen to stand between the veil of the spiritual and physical realm, carrying life in her womb, nourishing it with her own body? This is no weakness—it is a divine superpower. Women are not only capable of creating life from their cosmic portals (womb) but also through their speech. For it is with the breath and speech, the world as we know it was created. With her voice, a woman carries the divine power of creation, declaration, and spiritual protection. Just as ribs protect vital organs and aid in breathing, the symbolism of Eve’s origin speaks of woman as a spiritual shield and catalyst. It is no coincidence then, that Eve’s name, Kawah, comes from the verb, Kayah—“to speak.”
Proverbs 18:21
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
Proverbs 1:8
“My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:”
In the original language of the bible, a man is called 'Eish' π€ִπ€π€ׁ and a woman, 'Eisha' π€ִπ€ָּׁπ€.
The only difference between the two words is the letters Yod, π€, and Hey, π€ . Together, these form the sacred name and "image" of God (Yah/Jah), showing us that true divinity is found not in separation, but in equal union.
YH
π€π€
Genesis 1:27
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Let's now balance:
PHYSICALLY
Science itself bears witness to the duality of creation. Women possess two X chromosomes—the blueprint of human existence, the life-giving chromosome. Our male counterparts only have one X. The mitochondria, known as the “powerhouse of the cell,” is inherited only from the mother. Thus, the very energy of life is carried forward through feminine vessels.
XX XY
Think of the 4 legs of the X as a foundation of stability, the 3 of the Y as an active spark. In numerology, the number four represents Mother Earth, stability, and foundation—the essence of feminine energy. The number three, representing masculine energy, denotes expansion, strength, and creativity. Together, four plus three equals seven, which is the number of divine completion.
We see this perfection manifested in the physical world as we have seven days of creation, seven continents, seven seas, and seven chakras. It is a reminder that only when the feminine and the masculine unite can we reflect the full image of Jah.
Neither is greater than the other, as both must come together to create life. None can stand alone. We are both needed for balance, creation, and the fulfilment of divine perfection.
This truth is not just spiritual—it is practical. The world we live in today suffers from imbalance: division between genders, suppression of feminine power, and distorted views of masculinity. The solution lies in remembering, honoring, and returning to balance and the ultimate truth that lies within all of us.
Let us reunite. Let us put aside prejudice, fear, separation and the ills of the past. Let us build a new world—rooted in love, unity, and the divine balance of energies.
All praises to the Most High Creator, who has made all things perfect. No one else is greater.
Be blessed, beloved
