Mirrors of Attraction, Meeting The Shadow and Returning To Self

When I was a teenager in high school, a lot of drama was in my life. Ask anyone!
There was always something happening; there was always something new unfolding every day.

I used to always wonder why? Why is there always something going on in my life?

It wasn’t until I began my spiritual journey that I realized the truth:

The soul does not attract what it wants- it attracts what it is.

Life is a reflection of your consciousness and the intelligence of your heart.

People say don't judge a book by its cover. I dare to say you most definitely can (to some extent).
A person's reality is a reflection of their state of mind. The people you attract and the situations that constantly unfold are not coincidental. Your soul has attracted it.

The truth is, we are responsible for many of the issues that we face. The partners we constantly attract, the friends that seem so magnetic. They are a reflection of ourselves.

Our soul attracts what is unhealed. And until we face that truth, we repeat the same cycles.

As you peel away layers of superficiality and face the wounds buried deep by the subconscious and the ego, the person you see in the mirror will seem unrecognisable.

Who is this person? I have never seen them before.

Stand firm, keep peeling. GO DEEPER
Do not be afraid. Do not run away.

It is from the darkness of the shadow that the light of thy true self will be revealed.

Is it not from the darkness that the day was born?

Is it not in the darkness of your mother's womb, you were formed?

Is it not from the darkness, the world was created?

Do not be misled.

Darkness is never the enemy to be feared; it is the medium for our transformation.

Meet the shadow. Embrace it.  What is the root of your pain?

As your eyes open and the veil is removed, you start to see yourself for who you truly are.
You begin to hold yourself accountable. The shadow that has been revealed will show you the light.

The shadow is never the enemy; it is actually our greatest teacher.

We all desire to be loved.

So when we attract partners who provide a love that is unclear, inconsistent and self serving, the invitation is not to blame outwardly but to look inward.

Why did I attract this person, or why do I keep attracting these people? Do I love myself consistently? How do I show up for myself daily? How do I truly view myself? In what ways do I self-sabotage? Do I need external love to feel complete?

When we keep focusing on the million-dollar question, when will I meet the one? The focus is on the end result, not on the process of becoming the version of ourselves capable of sustaining a healthy, aligned love.

You see, when we shape outcomes before the time, without doing the healing, self-accountability, and growth, we will keep attracting relationships that push us towards growth anyway.  The Creator will always redirect us back to our own transformation until it is complete, as there is no such thing externalization. All can be found within; all answers are within. There is nothing outside of yourself that can fix you or heal you.

So instead of asking when I will meet the one, the deeper question is:

What within me still needs healing so that I can attract and hold the love I deserve?”

That’s when everything shifts. That’s when the right person stays.

Transform yourself into someone who is ready to receive the love you deserve. A love that stays, a love that nourishes.

JAH reminds us throughout creation every day, that what is meant for you will find you, and you will never be required to abandon yourself to receive it.

Be patient with your process. Embrace solitude. Heal deeply.  Open your heart and meet the shadow. And remember:

The love you seek is waiting for the version of you who is ready to hold it and ready to receive it.

Thank you for reading, beloved.
